Ottawa is in the middle of a serious debate over graffiti.
A new bylaw is being written up with some strict new measures, including a zero tolerance zone, fines for property owners who fail to remove graffiti, and immediate fines for anyone caught graffing or tagging. As Ottawa’s only legal graffiti wall the House of PainT is caught in the middle of this and is under threat of extinction. Check out these articles for more information:
