Hip Hop 360 – 2008
The Canada Dance Festival and the House of PainT are once again working together to create Hip Hop 360 – a week of workshops, performances and panel discussions for and about bboying, bgirling and our culture.

Performances
For the general public Hip Hop 360 offers a wealth of opportunities to see bboys and bgirls in action, with free outdoor cyphers every day from 12-1pm and two mainstage performances at the Museum of Civilization.
Invited crews for this year’s featured performance STREET/STAGE on Saturday, June 14th are Filthee Feet (Victoria, BC), F.A.M. (Toronto, ON), the Hear and Now Collective (Montreal, QC) and Koala Corp (Halifax, NS).
…And the festival finishes with the House of PainT Festival!
Participants
Bboys and bgirls interested in participating in the festival to take advantage of the workshops, panel discussions and professional development workshops should REGISTER NOW!!
Passes are just 70$ for the week, giving you access to a rocking workshop with Bboy Crazy Smooth, a Bboy foundations workshop with Forever Fresh and a choreography for the stage workshop with Rennie Harris. Discussion panels will cover the topics of community development work, bboy history, community values and the place of bboying in the larger context of dance. Lunch is provided for each day of the event.

Outdoor cyphers at the World Exchange Plaza
The World Exchange Plaza is at 111 Albert Street, at the corner of Metcalf and Albert St.
If you’re coming by bus it’s on the East/West OC Transpo Transit Way.
If you’re coming from the Queensway take the Metcalf Exit and head North on Metcalf (following Metcalf around the museum of nature) to Albert St.
